How do I search for an existing message?
Log in and open the Clients page.
Click on the client account in which you want to search for a message.
Click Manage in the right details panel, then click Messages in the left navigation panel. CaseKeepers displays your Inbox.
To search for a particular message that you sent, click Sent in the navigation panel to go to your Sent folder. Otherwise, to search for a message in your Inbox, enter text in the Search field above the messages that might be included in the message you wish to find. In this example, the client entered “mood” in the search field to find all messages received from his client that pertain to her mood.
CaseKeepers will retrieve messages that have the search text in the title or message body. In this example, one message has “mood” in the title, and two have “mood” in the body of the message as shown in the details panel in the image below.
If you wish to search for Sent messages with the same search criteria, simply click on Sent in the left navigation panel. CaseKeepers will display the Sent folder with only those messages that match the search criteria.
To clear the Search field and return to the full list of messages, click the blue X on the left of the Search field.
To return to the client’s Journal, click Journal in the left navigation panel.
