How do I view the clients I have invited to use CaseKeepers?

When CaseKeepers opens, the Clients page is displayed, which lists the clients you have invited to use the application.

The client’s Status is indicated to the left of the client’s name: Active (green), Pending (yellow), Archived or Blocked (red). Pending accounts are those that have not yet been activated. Blocked accounts are those that have been closed (terminated). Archived accounts are those that have been transferred from one professional to different professional; they are indicated as “Archived” in the original professional’s account.

Click the client’s account to open the details panel to see the client’s account information. If a client has not yet activated his/her account, the details panel will show “Not joined yet”.

To resend the invitation to the client to activate her account, click Resend invitation

The client list can be sorted by Status, the client’s first name, and date of the last journal entry. In addition, the Search field can be used to find a client’s record by entering a string of alpha characters that appear in the client’s first name or last name.

Sorting by Last journal entry, ascending, can be helpful to find those clients who have not recently entered a journal entry; records for these clients will appear at the first in the list.

To sort the list by Status, select a status value in the Status drop down field. The list will show only those records that match the selected value. In the example below, the user wants to see a list of clients to whom he sent an invitation to use CaseKeepers, but who have not yet activated their account. The Status filter was set to “Pending”.

To see only active clients, set the Status filter to Active. The default setting is “All”.

If you are not sure how the client’s name is spelled, use the Search field and enter the first few letters that are most likely to appear in the client’s first or last name. CaseKeepers will display all client records that have those letters in the client’s name.
