What is a Survey? An introduction.

Suppose you want to know if your client (or patient) has taken his/her medication each day? CaseKeepers enables you to create a "survey" (question) that pops up on your client's cell phone or desktop that asks "Did you take your medication today?" Without even having to log into CaseKeepers, your client can quickly click "Yes" or "No". CaseKeepers records the answer and remembers your client's answers over time.

You can view a graph of your client's answers over time to see trends such as improvement or relapse. More important, you can also have CaseKeepers notify you in real time if your client enters a response indicative of a problem, or does not answer at all. This is done by creating "Alerts" associated with the surveys.

There are five surveys in CaseKeepers (and we will create new ones over time):
1) Did you take your medication today?
2) What is your anxiety level?
3) Did you do your exercise today?
4) What is your mood right now?
5) How many hours did you sleep?

See the other Help articles to learn how to set each survey, how client's answer, and how to set alerts so you have access to your client's answers as needed.
